Despite an eagerness to be independent in their work, many on demand workers feel anxiety about their personal future, and wish they could have more control over their own lives.

The Goal

Our goal is to maximize our user's economic ability while guiding their growth towards a future they believe in.

The Solution

Haul is an income management and financial planning application built from the ground up for On-Demand Workers and their needs. And the goals of Haul is:

The Hub

The hub acts as a strategic launching off point for the application, enabling the user to quickly access the applications core features.

INcome

Haul acts as a center to manage all of your on demand work jobs. It also manages expenses helping you save and fiscally grow.

Schedule
Haul lets you easily manage your workload as an ODW. Through AI integration it can suggest hours that best fit your lifestyle.

Intelligent Chat

Max is an assistive AI which helps with various tasks across haul. It initiates the on boarding process, and is always available for advice and tips!

Timeline

The timeline is a bite-sized, and gamified way to view career progression and growth. ODWs can navigate their working life through a career progression tree.

Goals

Haul provides both short term bite sized goals, as well as longer term career goals. This helps the user easily visualize their progress and feel rewarded.
