Proyecto editorial que nace de la inquietud personal de rendir homenaje a las Islas Canarias y dar a conocer la cultura que las rodea. Se suele decir que si vas a un lugar y no pruebas sus platos típicos es que no lo has conocido del todo bien, motivo por el que el hilo conductor de esta publicación se centrará en su gastronomía relatando cómo ha afectado a la sociedad del archipiélago a lo largo de los años. En primer lugar se ha realizado una investigación para recolectar la información necesaria y capturar imágenes que pongan en contexto al lector para posteriormente trabajar su identidad. Las tipografías escogidas, el tratamiento de las imágenes y la gama cromática cálida centrada en los tonos tierra permiten que la publicación en su conjunto muestre el aspecto rural y la cercanía que caracteriza tanto a las islas como a sus gentes.

Editorial Project born of the personal interest of honouring the Canary Islands and let know their surrounding culture. It is often said that if you go to a place and you do not try the typical dishes it means you did not know perfectly that site. For that reason, the guiding thread of this publication is focused on the gastronomy, telling how it has affected the canary society shaping their customs and traditions. First, it has been done an investigation to collect the necessary information and capture images to put into context to the reader and in the second place to work its identity. The fonts chosen, the treatment of the images and the warm chromatic range focused on earth tones let the publication show the rural aspect and the friendship that characterize the islands and their people.
