Goals and tasks
Every year World of Tanks starts event Holiday Ops to engage and entertain players. I participated on full redesign this in-game event. It included customisation such mechanics: customisation, collection, and crafting.

Results: The event went to the players and became the most profitable event in the company. We got the viral effect behind the bloggers.
Customisation
When open your Garage, on 3d scene you will notice several interactive elements ready for decoration: snow tree, snowman, the house and lampposts. The decorations come in all shapes and sizes, and are arranged in five groups by rarity.
Collection
All the decorations are divided into 4 national collections. There will be special albums in which you can see your progress. The collection bonus increases as you collect more decorations and is available to all vehicles you own.
Crafting Decorations
We designed the Holidron Decorider to make interactive crafting and engage players. As reference I combined radio station RBM1 and Oscilloscope. Break unnecessary decorations to get shards. Put the shards into the Decorider and make a wish. Simply set the decoration parameters: level, shape, and collection.
Loot boxes
In the box, the player receives random virtual items of various values and purposes. Loot boxes are in-game monetization method. The player can boost the collection progress. I suggested idea with open interaction. It produces arousal and dopamine while opening a loot box and thus have similar addictive qualities.
Context Shop
This solution increased the conversion into a purchase. The players don't need to go to the in-game store and return back. They buys contextually.

Dog Tags

Dog Tags was a calling card that created to challenge your opponents on the battlefield.
The Dog Tag consists of four elements: Base, Engraving, Inscription, Title.

Confirmation windows

After research I devided windows on simple types: Neutral, Attention, Error and Info. Also separated types for each currency: gold, silver, experience 
and event currency.  It's possible to customize and add any elements inside content blocks.

With this solution I increased perfomance of design team and developers.

Rental tanks 
I improved vehicle preview. Player can rent them for a specific amount of time –
from one episode to the entire season in during Frontline game mode.
