The origins of his name come from the words of young girls who were victims of a human-trafficking ring. All described a wrathful man who mercilessly killed those who captured them.

The secret identity of the masked vigilante. Ethan is a young man afflicted with Intermittent Explosive Disorder(IED) who struggles in life due to the many troubles his anger causes him. Choosing to hide his scars under a wig, he takes on work as busboy at a dive bar. At times he is also an assistant(as well as a patient) to well-known psychiatrist Ayeka Hamasaki. Little does he know that his doctor has different plans for him.

Even before she lost her husband and son, Ayeka Hamasaki is a well-known psychiatrist for her success rate of treated patients at her mental hospital. However Ethan's unique case of IED qualifies for the unconventional treatment of becoming a vigilante. With how she manipulates her temperamental patient, along with her strange connection with the Conductor, one may question her true motives.

Emiko "Emma" Lee
Sociable, tom-boyish, and little bit stubborn; Emiko, or "Emma" as she prefers to be called, is known for being able to brighten the mood for those around her. Little do others know that she carries a past she prays no one will discover. Now she lives and works at a cafe as waitress, who time-to-time chats with Ethan who comes by from the bar across the street.

Samuel Felucier
Working in the Silicon Valley as a freelance technical support, Samuel is known among the computer companies for his skill with a keyboard. Despite his tall stature and good reputation, he struggles socializing with others due to his previous work experience as a content moderator. However this does not stop him from doing his job and what is necessary to fix the problem.
The Conductor
A masked killer who terrorizes the city and is yet to be identified or found. Some do not believe he even exists. His nickname comes from not only his flamboyant outfit, but also for how he manipulates others to commit violence on a variety of scales from murder to gang wars. Survivors testify that he is extremely deadly when confronted. However the bigger mystery is his connection with Dr. Hamasaki.
