My second collaboration with the publishing house BOOKA. This time I was invited to create a book cover illustration for the book A Beautiful Young Wife by Tommy Wieringa. A story which showcases a radical decline of one relationship and marriage and with it portrays a story of a man needing to stop time and his own old age. What I found most challenging was the creation of an illustration which would put at the center a man, the passing of time and his obsession with a young woman.
