Attractors
Attractors in this project are made of ~10M primitives and were created recently during the real time raytracing engine development. Aesthetic presentation of large datasets is one of the aims of this engine. Since the graphics has to be generated online, often as an animation, the code speed plays quite an important role. Sometimes this can be a limitation, but it also helps to keep the amount of sweet effects minimal and focus on the processed data itself.
The engine is now available in PlotOptiX, data visualization package for Python.
