Rebuild berthing room number 2 with highlighted egreeses at USS Fitzgerald for crew marines, where 7 persons died because of the collision with the container ship MV ACX Crystal. As escape hutches were flooded the crew could not get out in time.

As there where no blupints available, we had to rectify photos which were published with the official examination. Together with interviews of marines it was possibe to visualize the most important rooms like the bridge or berthing room.

Especially the level of berthing 2 was much more difficult to built, as there where no flat schematics available. We had to use these perspective image sources but nevertheless work as precise as possible. Together with some photos of the shipwreck as additional reference, this was still a laborious task.
