THE AWESOMEBET PROJECT
Recently I got word that a non-profit creative arts group known as We Heart Arts were looking for designers to contribute to their latest project which was entitled The AwesomeBet.
Tony Canning was organising the project and he would assign 26 designers each a letter of the alphabet, with the intention that they would create something to make kids learn the alphabet in a fun and enticing fashion. The letter given to each designer would stand for something that they felt was awesome in life.
I was assigned the letter M and the work had to include the words '[letter assigned] is for [awesome thing beginning with that letter]'. I decided to go for the two birds one stone motif, and included a mouse getting ready to munch away on some cheese. Life can't get more awesome, am I right? Of course!
