3.3 (3point3) is a imaginary studio specialised in editorial design with hand-make and customised production. We are a group of three designers with great passion to book design and hope the people with small production can enjoy our service as well. 3.3 aims to provide high quality service, willing to cooperate with different people and share our ideas in order to create a relaxing mood and spread the joy in design to everyone.

3.3 logo is a mainly comprised of two parts – 3.3 and the grid behind.

3.3: modified from the Chinese character “書”, which contains the humanistic stroke to represent the human touch of our work. It also represents the shape of book laying down that indicate we are specialised in book design in terms of form. Moreover, it indicate we three people to found this studio.

Grid: represents we also design your book in terms of content and layout. Within the gird, we can create a lot of possibilities.

Shape in grid: When we cooperate with our client, there are various shape generated in the grid which represent our customised production to every client. The shapes in the grid are the negative space of “3”, which also form the shape of “B” (book), which gives the sense variety and joy experience which like a puzzle and art piece created between clients and us.
