Cares Day for Schools is New York Cares’ annual day of service for education in NYC. The day function as both a fundraising and awareness campaign. Over 3000 volunteers revitalized 35 public schools throughout the five boroughs in one single day. The event calls for both heavy social media presence, email marketing, and materials for fundraising. The approach I went with was a heavily children’s education theme on all touch points.
