SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIES
Started IMPACT on Facebook in 2008, posting daily exclusive content including results, previews, video content, interviews, polls, merchandise promotion and more. Grew it to 750,000+ subscribers from 2008 to 2015. Also worked with talent/roster to share all company postings and promotions. Worked with all roster members to start their personal Facebook pages and promote IMPACT marketing initiatives. In 2014, we began posting our YouTube LIVE videos on our Facebook feed, allowing our fans to watch our LIVE Impact and Pay-Per-View pre-shows directly on their Facebook feeds (before the debut of Facebook Live). Provided weekly analytical data to management for marketing.

Started IMPACT on Twitter in early 2009, posting daily exclusive content much like Facebook. From 2009 until 2015 grew it to an estimated reach of 2.5 million with our talent/wrestler accounts. In 2010, we began to directly embed our Facebook and Twitter feeds (company and talent) on our main website pages. As a result, our website featured long-form static content and constantly updated Tweets and posts from our talent/wrestlers, giving the website a "24/7/365 update" feel. Heavily posted during television and Pay-Per-View events, taking advantage of instant fan reaction. In 2012, Twitter allowed us to become one the first accounts to bid and buy keywords/hashtags to display our promotional tweets (for example, during the 2012 NFL Playoffs we bid on many player names, so if someone searched for “Peyton Manning” on Twitter, a specific message appeared at the top of their feed promoting our weekly IMPACT television program. This 6-month promotion resulted in a massive increase of new followers to our account who were not wrestling fans prior to discovering us. In 2012, I also worked with our entire roster to launch their own Twitter pages, re-tweeting our promotional items. Established a deal with Twitter to verify our entire roster, management and company pages.
