A massage therapist in the process of expanding his business reached out to me for assistance in increasing customer acquisition online. He had a very basic website hosted on a massage therapy association platform. The existing website was not mobile-friendly, so my first step was to migrate it to a responsive template. My next step was to create Google Business and Yelp pages to boost visibility in local search results. I then conducted keyword research and competitive analysis. The final phase of work included rewriting all of the website's content, integrating keyword phrases and customer testimonials. I made "Book Now" calls-to action more prominent across the website, and streamlined the online booking process. I also incorporated new visual elements.
