The Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) located in Brooklyn, New York organizes a multi-arts festival named 'The Next Wave Festival' to celebrate artists and performers in the fields of theatre, dance, music and film. 

The aim of this project was to design a suitable field guide for the events of the BAM Next Wave Festival 2018-2019 through a minimalistic, digestible approach to highlight the details of each event. The lines connected across every page of the guide symbolise the fluidic movement of waves, thus reiterating the name of the festival.

The project was completed under the guidance of Jennifer Cole Phillips as a part of the Graduate Typography course at the Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore.
