CLIENT | CHARITY WORK BENEFITING FOOD BANK OF NEW YORK CITY

The central idea of this project was to create captivating posters, flyers, gifs and a menu for a special event benefiting the food bank of New York City. Additionally to photograph the event, showcasing it. The event was held at Von Bar to raise money for the food bank while promoting talented bartenders, who created special drinks for the occasion. The theme of the event and drinks were tiki, with that in mind I explored and approached the concept with a contemporary and minimalist aesthetic, captivating and staying true to the purpose.
Using stunning images from generous artists found on Unsplash to create the posters, flyers, mockups, gifs, and menu. The project consists of interventions with such images and graphic design. Creating simple yet effective representation, circles signifying the sun, lines to represent waves, pineapples and leafing conveying sensory, vibrant colors to depict the drinks and so on. The project had a brief period to be achieved with a few possibilities. Overall the event was exquisite I hope you enjoy the final results. All proceeds were donated to the Food Bank of New York City.
