The Gathering
The book title came from Noli Me Tangere's first chapter.
The contents of the book are recipes about the foods mentioned in Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo.
It includes pictures of the cuisine and instructional guide on how to cook it.
Book Cover Rationale:
The design is to convey the era of Rizal, as well as the Chapter 1 of Noli Me Tangere.
On Noli, it was said that Captain Tiyago was having a gathering (salu-salo, handaan, pagtitipon). He has many guests, such as visitors from abroad and priests.
The book has two main elements:
- white plate which represents the idea of food
- traditional white table cloth that represents the gathering

Book Launch Poster
The poster has two parts:
1. Upper
- just like the book cover, it represents the Noli Me Tangere era, as well as the time of Rizal
2. Lower
- This represents the Filipino culture; by showing the banana leaf and wood, which is opposite of the plate and table cloth
