Butter & Olive: College of Baking and Culinary Arts
Our target audience are people that are passionate in baking and culinary art. 70 percent of the students are fresh graduates or young adults that are aged 17 and above, while another 20 percent of people go to this college as a hobby. The last 10 percent are the single mothers and autistic students.
Health is their main concern and their principles of baking. Their recipes are inspired by Asian and European flavors, Japanese craftsmanship and Taiwanese bakery magic. Besides that, they only use healthy ingredients like Himalayan salt, olive oil, natural yeast and more and the products are low in fat, raw sugar and no high trans-fat margarine products.
Idea: To promote Butter and Olive as a place that delivers warmth and produce healthy food..
Logo: I was inspired by the shape of the dough and the flour.
