Phase Four.
After an extensive class discussion, I came to the conclusion that I wanted my work to be presented on three ranging sizes of wallpaper that connoted a sense of conflict with a single, fleeting, moment of resolution, through paint application. This through the applying of paint by my own hands - similar to finger painting. Thus, my own personal expression of exasperation of family is simulated.

Building from class discussion and the showcasing of my new idea, as viewed above in Figure 5a. - I received positive results and responses, all of the group taking well to the idea.

Taking all of this feedback from discussions into consideration, I came to the final conclusion that my work would look best with ranging sizes going from shortest (650mm) to the tallest (2600mm), Left to Right, as it would create a sense of how frustrations can grow and manifest significantly over time when not addressed. Moving forward from this, as seen in Figure 5b. I used the same colours that I experimented with previously, as these were the most effective visually. Due to the impactful nature of the painting, especially considering the overwhelming size of the panels, I will be leaving a 15cm gap of plain white on the top and bottom of each panel as if to allow for some breathing room through the implementation of negative space.
