story
The name “Occupy Guguta” comes from the Soviet building café Guguta – an important socialist building of the Moldovan cultural heritage, which is located in the Central Park, and which the government has decided to demolish and replace with a 40-floor hotel. The young protestors with initiative have decided to gather around the building every day and, together, defend their rights to democracy.
