William Harke's profile

Connecticut Residential

A new, expanded kitchen relocated to the rear of the home to view the private back yard.  The powder room was moved to the middle of the first floor, off a new vestibule with custom wood compass in floor, created from wood salvaged from the demolition phase.  A new ipe rear stoop off the kitchen helps provide additional privacy to the new patio nook. A new built in was constructed with southern yellow pine and cherry top in the adjacent dining room.   On the second floor, a 1950's era bathroom was completely renovated.
