Rehoming is an issue that is prevalent in the United States. It involves an adoptive family seeking to find new parents for their adopted child. Many times they find new parents for their child online. These 'new parents' are often not vetted in anyway besides possibly meeting the parents and child. Most of the time, these people are pedophiles, abusive, or not fit to care for children. It is essentially a cheap way with little government involvement to get rid of unwanted children. They simply pass over guardianship with a notary agreement and legally relinquish their rights to that child.

This was a fun project. I used Photoshop exclusively for all of the editing. I use stock photos from Unsplash.com and Pexels.com for the family portraits. I sketched many different ideas for rehoming, adoptive parent support, and orphanage tourism. The site at the bottom of the Public Service Announcements is a real website that I created. It includes a lot of information and resources to help children in various aspects, all over the world.
