2013 Picture of the Week - Week 08:
Read a discussion based on an article that boiled down to “this race/gender is better”. It took me a bit to get my own emotions in order before I realized that both sides used generalizations that, though feeling “right”, were still generalizations. There have been few occasions when I’ve found individuals that have thought and behaved identically. Color variations in the human population and the world at-large demonstrate God’s predilection towards diversity. Those that think they can summarize any sufficiently large group of people with an accuracy that leads to functional projections are leading a sad life devoid of the various hues that beauty can assume.
