Clifton Old Bar is a lifestyle resort for over 55s. Offering luxurious architect-designed homes in resort-style facilities, Clifton has set out to reinvigorate the somewhat stale retirement homes market by providing truly active lifestyles for seniors.
Working with Montreal animator Andre Navarre, Studio Helm created a series of graphic animations that set out to capture these rich social experiences. The result talks to and respects its audience like few other retirement home developers on the market.

The project aims to inject new life into a sector often devoid of innovation. To respect the audience, and not fall back on tired tropes. And to create a brand that truly understands the over 55s lifestyle. The animation needed to illustrate a social and active lifestyle while simultaneously keeping a sobre and elegant visual. The result is a versatile communications tool that distinguishes itself from others on the market.
