The above project was a Roman Typeface Design for a typographic editorial design for an experimental play based on Shakespeare’s classic Hamlet. The typeface had a more visual based approach as it had to be used to express content, that is, a few iconic dialogues from the play. Hence, the typeface follows a simple geometric grid with twirls to add a slight Byzantine touch to each letter so that when the letters are placed together, they form intriguing compositions just like the content of the play.
