Tahona Tequila
This is my third year packaging project. The brand is for a traditionally made tequila company based in Mexico. The branding concept comes from the myth and legend of tequila (https://www.thespruceeats.com/aztec-legend-agave-and-tequila-760162 ) this story is displayed on the boxes and Mayahuel is the inspiration for the logo. The bottle labels are designed to show things that are involved in the traditional tequila process.
The below image shows the progression of the story and myth of tequila with the first box showing how the Goddess stole the light, the second is the battle that ensued and the last is the tears captured in the heart of the agave. The hands and their relation to the landmarks in Mexico symbolise the gods.

For the advertising I wanted to show two main points that Freshness of the ingredients used and I mixed this with traditional sides to have with tequila such as salt lemon and limes. I also brought in the hands of the Gods to visually link the advertisements to the branding.
