THE JAMES BOND ENTERTAINMENT APARTMENT
We started with a huge 256 Sq Meters concrete void,a wet and dank basement-all open with obvious water tank and pipework etc..
After a consultation with the client,we agreed a new layout to create a safe & damp free environment to encompass a James Bond themed Cinema to Dolby Atmos & THX commercial specification,a wine room,two bedrooms,toilet,gymnasium with audio,atrium area and outside entertainment area for the clients children.
The client`s wanted an "Entertainment Apartment"...So that`s what we gave them!!
THE JAMES BOND CINEMA IS FINISHED...
M & K SOUND SPEAKERS,WOLF LASER 4K PROJECTOR,3.5METER SCREEN EXCELLENCE ACOUSTIC SCREEN..4K BLU RAY AND IPTV AS SOURCES..SURGE X PROTECTION...BITWISE CONTROL.
The room has seminal Bond images with custom leather and suede electronic recline chairs,suede screen wall..custom built bar with wine fridges and black granite top..The star of the show though?..This room has been prepared to an acoustic studio standard to the extent where outside the Cinema even when playing at 70Dbs there is very little audio leek.Acoustic transparent cloth covers the entire room using Clipso material and proprietary Projection dreams acoustic preparations.
Audio was setup using an SPL meter at 70Db in the old way as this is far more accurate than ANY inbuilt setup software/test tones built into the AV receiver.
The Wolf projector is pre calibrated to D65 (ISF) standards.
The complete system is Cinema Pedigree approved...
From an acoustic standpoint-the best Cinema we have done to date!!!!
