Salton Sea is a story about environmental crisis. Once in California there was a beautiful salty lake born from a dam accident. Then People thought it would be good to take advantage of the sunny and warm Californian weather to settle there and build a nice  place for sunbathers. But one day the water started to vanish, increasing the lake's salt concentration. So fish started to die, leanving their bones all over the shores. Birds around died as well as they could not feed themselves with fishes. The air filled itself up with pesticides rejected by the lake and people around began to suffer from cancer. So people moved away and abandonned everything. Today Ghost cities such as Bombay beach illustrates the disaster.
