Role: Type designer
Inspired by Machu Picchu in Peru, INCA personifies the ancient civilisation of its namesake. Each letter is adorned with irregular indentations to show its greatest inspiration—the rough, naturally eroded stones, which used to be widely used by the tribe in their heyday. This form is also chosen to show the history of the fallen tribe, which used to be one of world's greatest civilisations. It goes well with vibrant colours, as the ancient INCA culture is synonymous with such colour schemes, as well as traditional motifs of the Peruvian people.
