This project was during my time at Neocami Marketing and Design. I developed this logo redesign as the previous logo (see below) gave the impression of a fast food restaurant due to the typography and bright colors. I decided to base it off that logo with keeping the colors but turning them into more of a mustard and deep red to give it an air of sophistication. The cuisine is fine Spanish dining, and I wanted the logo to reflect this. The logo icon came from research on the name "Sancho." The name comes from the character from the famous Spanish novel, Don Quixote. The character is described with a specific hat that is depicted in the logo. The typography was chosen as a clean and modern look for the restaurant.
