Chetti Melaka of the Straits: Rediscovering Peranakan Indian Communities was an exhibition held at the Indian Heritage Center. The Peranakan Indian communities in Singapore are often overlooked; this exhibition sheds light on their unique heritage and way of life.
GSM Project Singapore helmed the space and graphic design for the exhibition, which ran from 7 September 2018 to 5 May 2019.

Text panels of the exhibition feature intricate motifs and patterns; these were inspired by the batik fabric that the Chetti Melaka community wear.
Takeaway recipe cards encourage visitors to bring a taste of Chetti Melaka culture home, into their own kitchens.
