A portrait drawing of one of the famous Italian renaissance artists I did for a Graphic Design class. Based off of an old drawing of what Leonardo da Vinci probably looked like, I added various layers of shading to the face while making each layer as different as possible from the others. This was a lengthy project and I had to really focus on detail like the eyes and the beard pattern to make it as close to the original drawing as possible.
