According to the principle "I do not sell, I help shopping", Edwin Schulze supports customers from all over Upper Franconia in the purchase and sale of real estate and the development of construction projects. Back in 2009, we reworked his services under the eSchulze Immobilienconsult brand with an expressive corporate design. Edwin Schulze also relied on our know-how for the further development of the company.

In 2018, the existing office equipment was expanded to include a responsive website, adapted to the existing corporate design. Contents were structured in joint creative workshops, which optimally support the planned activities of eSchulze as a cross-media brand. The most important teasers and elements for targeted user guidance were adapted to the distinctive design of the print media by means of micro-interaction. For example, the main categories are rounded to two corners when they are moved over by the mouse pointer. By accentuating the upper right and lower left corners, an ascending line is formed, which creates an association for a successful business in the viewer's subconscious.

With a corporate design that was so forward-looking in 2009 that it could easily be adapted to the website in 2018, we manage to give the eSchulze Immobilienconsult brand a clear edge in the market in order to achieve a clear positioning. To this day, we are pleased to be the agency of choice for eSchulze for many years and to actively support them with our knowledge and creative thinking.
