Timbuk2 Order Confirmation Email
Timbuk2 is a messenger bag company founded in San Francisco, California in the late 1980s by a bike messenger. Their brand exudes an active yet genuine air. In 2006 I was asked to channel the irreverent tone of the early years and rewrite the email that Timbuk2 sends to confirm your online order. Customers were pleasantly surprised by our frank language and frequently wrote into customer service to say so. It was even written about on a couple of blogs which you can view here and here.
