The Manta Ray is a unique, portable, multi-touch interactive presentation system. Coupled with a laptop and a data projector it can convert any ordinary surface (such as a whiteboard, bedsheet or just any old wall) into a multi-touch capable interactive surface. The user can then sketch, draw, write, present and perform a whole variety of other functions directly on the presentation surface.

The infra-red imaging base unit and the infra-red pointers were developed as a single package.
