Michael Milnes of Rochester, MN, has helped thousands of patients since beginning his physical therapy career following a career-ending injury as a college football player. Michael Milnes is passionate about physical fitness and health, and he sets a positive example by running, cycling and/or swimming every day while eating a vegan diet. Dr. Milnes is a semi-pro triathlete who completed a 2017 Ironman. Many of his patients come to him for his background in sports, as he understands both their bodies and mindsets during treatment.
