Vectored Ponies
As a freelance graphic designer, I've volunteered with constructing vectored versions of artwork from various artists on deviantART for web and print. At least 50 projects were completed over seven years, and have been used for branding, posters and digital commissions.

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is a cartoon based on the long-running toy franchise that premiered in October of 2010. This new incarnation had garnered a massive following of young adults and exploded in popularity--playsets, comics, collector pieces and even a feature film have been produced. As of writing, the series is in its 8th season, with a 9th slated for premiere next year.

The MLP-VectorClub group on deviantART was created to collect various vector-based artwork based on the hit series. In addition to original works, the group collects works that recreate scenes, poses, and assets from the series for other artists to use as a base for their own projects. It was through this group that I learned Inkscape, the freeware graphics program.

Original Scenes with Vectored Backgrounds
In addition to show vectors, I had built several scenes inspired by Friendship is Magic. Backgrounds were redrawn from screenshots of the series, with original art of the characters laid out.

From 2012-2014, I was contacted by an artist by the name of Garret Gilchrist, known on deviantART as tygerbug, who needed help with commissioned MLP artwork. Working back and forth through the site's messaging and storage, we put together several pony-related projects for digital and print.

We put completed 20 pony projects, and would also go on to help produce several graphical recreations for several Muppet specials being restored.

BronyCAN was a My Little Pony Fan Convention based in Richmond, BC in Canada. Running for five years between 2013 - 2017, it was a gathering of pony fans from across North America celebrating the efforts of the show staff, voice actors and community members.

I was initially brought on board as a vector artist for the art team, and was responsible for the creation from one of the convention's logos. I was eventually tasked with the production of the convention's guide books, but I still made several vector assets to be used online and in print.
