The program will involve access to great content, industry luminaries, behind the scenes of jury rooms, inspirational leadership and each other. With the simple theory of being given the support to achieve our potential and inspiring others along the way. When you can see it, you can be it.
See it Be it was launched to highlight extremely talented creative women and accelerate their careers. This year’s group come from all over the world and bring a wide range of experiences and strong leadership potential. They will be exposed to the best inspiration Cannes Lions has to offer, with exclusive mentoring sessions, workshops and a program of events designed to extend and enhance their network - Louise Benson
With more than 500 applications and an interesting yet challenging interview I'm humbled to be selected for this opportunity and excited at the prospect of it. I look forward to capturing all the advice and lessons shared with me from the large Keynote sessions to Alumni meetings and the intimate mentoring moments.
I'll absorb all I can from the industry greats; including Madonna Badger, Joanna Peña-Bickley, Peter Gay, Lisen Stronberg, Wendy Clark, so I can build upon their thinking and pass it on. Sharing learnings within the SheSays Singapore community, throughout Octagon APAC and extending to the IPG Network showcasing the unique contributions of the phenomenal women who are and will change this industry.
