The project was done under the guidance of instructors from MIT, USA during MIT-Design Innovation Workshop 2013.The  vision  was  to  enhance students  visualize 3D figures seamlessly, without their teachers having to draw multiple views of the object.  We had  developed an approach using a camera & a projector, by which a 2Dimage drawn by a teacher on a board can be augmented & represented as a 3D object on the board.  The camera captures the image follows  an edge detection and the projector would reflect the 3D object of the 2D figure. Further modification of the project is to make it real time and allow the teacher/student to rotate the 3D object accordingly.
