I have placed hot-spots on each of the pie wedges and on the item names for the pie chart.  There is also a link for the budget screen.  When in the budget screen you can click on an item and it will take you to the pie chart page for that item.  The setting button will take you to a setting screen.  The Overview button will take you back to the home page.
