FASHION SHOW SUMMER 18' UAL: CENTRAL SAINT MARTINS

Fashion Communication Summer 18' @ Central Saint Martins was assigned to produce the Fashion Show for the advanced womenswear class. I had an active role in the production team.

The school's branding as well as a very simple yet bold line was kept

C O N C E P T C R E A T I O N A N D B E H I N D T H E S C E N E S

The concept was determined by Fashion Communication after seeing a patern along the designs. The showed excess, glamour and fierceness, so we decided to present A Feast for Eyes.

P R O D U C T I O N A N D C A S T I N G

The production team had numerous tasks such as planning the space, coordinating the entrance of guests, number of models, expenses, branding and so on. We worked hand-in-hand with the communications team, hair and make up, choreography and set design.

We directed a creative photoshoot with the outfits to show the designs on social media and also as pieces for our portfolios.

P O R T R A I T S

It was our task to create edgy and fun content to promote the collection and the fashion show. We decided to shoot portraits to get a focus on the details, mostly hair and make up since we already focused on the looks before. For this purpose we changed the background setting so that we could accentuate the facial features of the models.

A T T E N D E E S

We can highlight figures of the school as the main guests to the catwalk, students and fashionistas.

R U N W A Y

This is the runway as it was planned, 35 looks and some models walked twice as it was a big collection.

I was in charge of shooting the front of the runway and then retouching the following images.

I want to thank everyone at Central Saint Martins who made this experience so amazing, specially the Fashion Communication team as well as Mel and Reba. Thank you so much, it was a brilliant day!
