RBOOT #4: IPANA
Brief History

A toothpaste product that is manufactured by Bristol-Myers Company. The wintergreen flavored toothpaste which was made of 0.23% sodium fluoride was a active ingredient. In 1950s it reached its peak market rate in the North America. Ipana was introduced in 1901 by the Bristol-Myers company in NY and its large sponsors were radio broadcasts in the U.S. But sales started to decrease in the 1960s due to competitors, and introduction of colored TV that made the broadcasters not interested in investing for toothpastes.

Different logo variations throughout time period.
Sketches

Since most of the logos are type focused with changing colors, I wished to bring Ipana to life with also using type faces but in a very unique and different direction that will bring viewers attentions and curiosities. Also using limited geometric shapes to meet the modern taste of today instead of using gradients I'm just going to use their main blue and red colors in the final logo for this exercise.
