The artist house is directly located at the riverside of Düsseldorf, Germany. It hosts 24 different ateliers including living spaces for artists of different genres. The building is lifted up, so the ground floor is open and creates a public space under the building. The ateliers are located around a public inner core providing space for exhibitions and events. Both parts can be opened, to create a connection between art watching and art making.
