Inspired by the growing number of 'video essay' channels and the genre as a whole, I decided to create a video essay telling the story of strangest piece of modern UK legislation.

The video was mainly inspired by the youtube channels: Now You See It, Every frame a painting, Polyphonic, The Nerdwriter and The Royal Ocean Film Society among others.
