Women still have very little room in design history. In the class I took last semester “Female Designers - A Publication." we dealt with past as well as modern female designers of the german history. There was a series of lectures that would give us information on how the design industry looks to women now, and in the nineteenth century. How, when and where did women leave their mark? On the other hand, under the direction of Prof. Franziska Morlok, a publication concept was also developed, how these designers from the 1920s, 1960s or 1990s could be presented.
