'THE MARC' is a new property development situated in the Sandton CBD which consists of 2 office towers and a full retail district. The name itself is an acronym of the location of the precinct on Maude and Rivonia Corner (MARC).
The logo is solid and simplistic which speaks back to the landmark status of the property. Taking cues from the triangular glass panels of the tower, the logo brings through the gold reflections of the afternoon sun on the building as well as the wealth and natural resources that the city has to offer to it's bustling inhabitants.
