Gluttony is a culinary bowl that is inspired by shrink wrap ham shapes, using an existing shape from the groceries store, and turning it into a bowl, placing emphasis on the shapes and forms of a natural found object going through an industrial process of preservation.

After picking out an ideal shape for the ham, I had to make a clean cut on the top to mark it's diameter. From there, I created a 4 part mold in order to fit such a voluptuous shape out of plaster, capturing all the intricate bumps created by the shrink wrap.
