The Pan American Games 2007 took place in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. CAIXA was the main sponsor of the games, having released print and television campaigns starring sponsored brazilian elite athletes such as runners and gymnasts. The advertising effort also included the decoration of official transportation vehicles such as mini vans and buses as well as the front end of the bank's branches around the city.
