In 2017 I coordinated/PM the process of redesign of MSF Italy's institutional website. The task involved all the stakeholders and suggested new workflows to decompress the editorial team.
Design focuses on the visual (HD rendering of all elements), user interaction from mobile devices (responsiveness), ease of use and item allocation (data architecture), well established typographic hierarchies & more than 30 custom templates (the idea: every page is the landing page).

Built on a custom Wordpress CMS install, all features are 100% adapted to MSF Italy's needs, including user roles/permissions, forms linked to their CRM, while all previous articles were migrated from Drupal 7 to WP.
