Promotion Vault is a gift card incentive automation engine. The core business is B2B, allowing small businesses to integrate an gift card incentive to their marketing. Promotion Vault integrates with Point Of Sale system APIs to identify customers and qualify them for gift cards. Promotion Vault then sends the customer an email with instructions on how to claim their digital gift card.

GetMyCard was a response to a basic user story: I earned a gift card but I never received the email. I wanted to create a single, easy to remember URL for staff at our partner's business where they could send customers who may not have received our email. While we managed to keep our deliver-ability rate above 90%, that still meant 1 in 10 people were not receiving their email.

GetMyCard lets the customer input their email address. If they qualified, it sends them a new email with the link the our page where they can choose their gift card. It then displays the gift code and provides a link to where the code can be used.

In the even the customer still doesn't receive the email, or we did not see them as qualified, they are given an options to submit a help desk ticket which is a basic ZenDesk integration. The support staff manages the request from that point.
