A friend of mine introduced me to a strategy board game called King of Tokyo last week. The object of the game is to be the last giant mutant monster standing OR to get to 20 stars first.
One of the rules of the game is that you can't heal in Tokyo. So if you roll the dice and you get a "heart", you can't use that heart to heal if your monster is inside Tokyo in that turn.
The game was a little confusing at first, but picked up as it went along and we had a lot of fun with it. So much so that the phrase "You can't heal in Tokyo" became something of an inside joke and I went ahead and made this T-shirt design for it.
