This is a studio unit for a client who has lived in several countries over the years. The client wanted an eclectic, industrial feel for the space.

To go with the concept, we proposed a polished concrete floor, brick accent wall, and exposed electrical lines for the lights. The built-ins are finished with either duco paint or wood stain.

The furniture also reflect the concept. Some of them are custom-made using wood and tubular steel, some are sourced from secondhand and antique stores.

This project is currently under construction and we are looking forward to its completion.
